Specifically, the candidate will be tasked with performing transactions required for updating inventory of materials, finished products and off-site storage, capturing data and transmitting information to the relevant departments; overseeing logistics and document preparation for orders and samples for various internal and external clients; and following up with the shipping team.

Tasks:

• Verify the intake of bottles and perform required intake adjustments on a daily basis.
• Prepare and confirm orders/samples for various external departments at Station 22 and schedule the carrier.
• Communicate with external suppliers to ensure delivery of the required amount of materials.
• Communicate via telephone or email with internal or external contacts.
• Calculate the amount of materials to order based on inventory on the floor and production requirements for the week.
• Assist with entering into the system all transactions confirming production, reception, transfer and outflow of materials, finished products, bulk products, or products required for the bottling plant’s operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area, in accordance with ISO quality standards.
• Inform their immediate supervisor of any discrepancies or issues related to their work.
• Follow the company’s environmental policy and associated procedures.

Requirements:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent recognized by the Ministry of Education.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have at least 6 years of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing sector.
• Have advanced fluency in French and English (evaluated via testing).
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of JDEdwards software (a plus).
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Knowledge of WHMIS, transportation of dangerous goods, ISO and HACCP regulations (a plus).
• Knowledge of ISO standards (a plus).
• Typing speed of 20 words/minute.
