We are currently looking for a warrior to join our team. We are seeking an experienced individual with knowledge of the food retail sector who will be able to make a difference for our clients.

The representative selected will mainly work in supermarkets on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will involve being on the road.

There are multiple regions to be covered.

Specifically, the candidate will be tasked with working in close collaboration with our regional sales representative to carry out in-store merchandizing and promotional plans. Thanks to you, we will be able to position our products advantageously to boost and strengthen regional sales.

Tasks:

• Optimize cross-merchandizing and seize opportunities.
• Arrange products according to optimal product placement or the planogram, if applicable.
• Set up displays and position racks strategically.
• Implement product launch programs using tools provided by the marketing and sales departments.
• Set up promotional material in places of sale (posters, take-one pads, collar hangers, etc.).
• Verify warehouse inventory and immediately re-stock missing products in fridges and on racks.
• Notify retailers of missing products or one-off product promotions.
• Ensure that inventory is rotated in warehouses and on shelves.
• Ensure that you set your route based on needs.
• Communicate retailers’ complaints to representatives.
• Inform representatives of returned merchandise and exchanges to be processed.
• Write reports and perform administrative tasks.
• Document merchandizing and produce statistics on our products and those of competitors.
• Carry out merchandising during trade shows and exhibitions.
• Keep the list of our promotional tools up to date.

Requirements:

• Have experience with launches or with working in grocery stores/corner stores (a plus).
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent recognized by the Ministry of Education.
• Be bilingual, a strong asset.
• Be able to read planograms and have knowledge of wines (a plus).
• Be capable of lifting up to 17 kg repeatedly.
• Be capable of performing repetitive movements with your torso and upper limbs.
• Have a valid driver’s licence and own a car (reimbursement for mileage).
• Be able to work on the road.
• Show up on time when scheduled to work.
