Ingredients
2 oz (60 ml) Seventh Heaven Dry Gin
1/2 oz (15 ml) lemon juice
1/2 oz (15 ml) old-fashioned apple juice
1 oz (30 ml) honey
3 sprigs of thyme
Preparation
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
Shake vigorously, then double strain into an old-fashioned glass with a cube of ice containing pieces of apple and thyme.
