Ingredients
1 tsp (5 ml) berry jelly or jam (raspberry, cranberry, strawberry, gooseberry, etc.)
6 oz (180 ml) Étincelles bubbly
Preparation
Place the jelly or jam into a champagne glass.
Add 1 oz (30 ml) bubbly and stir with a spoon.
Top with remaining bubbly.
