A View of the Green

Ingredients

2 sprigs of sage

3 strips of cucumber

1 oz (30 ml) Seventh Heaven Dry Gin

2 oz (60 ml) Dolce Vita Pinot Grigio organic wine

1/2 oz (15 ml) lime juice

1/2 oz (15 ml) simple syrup

Ice

Gurd’s Tonic Water

Sprig of sage (for garnish)

Cucumber slice (for garnish)

Preparation

Pour all the ingredients, except for the tonic water, into a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously, then strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
Top with tonic water.
Garnish with sprig of sage and slice of cucumber.
