Spicy bees

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz (45 ml) The Wild North Whisky

2 tsp (10 ml) honey

A few drops Angostura bitters

3 whole Jamaican peppers

1 egg white or a few drops of cocktail emulsifier (optional)

Ice

Jamaican pepper (for garnish)

Preparation

Pour the whisky and honey into a shaker.
Using a spoon, stir until honey has dissolved.
Add the bitters, three Jamaican peppers, egg white, and ice.
Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass.
Grate some Jamaican pepper over the froth.
