The three gables on the bottle’s label represent the site where the wine rests quietly during the vinification of this Bordeaux. A place of stability and comfort allowing the wine to flourish for our greatest pleasure.

Once mature, the grapes are harvested and then destemmed. In order to preserve the aromas and flavours of the wine, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. The wine is then vatted for 10 to 18 days. Ageing takes place both in vats and barrels.
